win32k.sys causes windows to shut down

N

Neal

I frequently have trouble playing video segments. Usually
I receive a blue error screen that states "PAGE FAULT IN
NO PAGE AREA" "WINDOWS WAS FORCED TO SHUT DOWN TO AVOID
DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER" the message also refers to a
problem in WIN32k.sys. I have tried downloading the
newest drivers for my video card, but it has not helped.
Is it possible that my win32k.sys file conflicts with one
of my drivers? Are there patches for win32k.sys that have
come out since Windows XP Service Pack 1 Home edition?
Please let me know if WIN32K.SYS should be replaced or
any other possible fixes to this problem. I have all of
my windows critical updates, but it has not provided
solution. Thank You
