I receive a BSOD every time I use the switch user feature. If I sign off one
user, and then sign on another, all is OK. Whan I use the switch user
method, I always get the BSOD. The error occurs in win32k.sys at offset
BF93E118 witha stop:0x0000009E. I have searched for this problem without
luck. I found a lot about the stop error and about BSOD in general, but
nothing for win32k.sys at my offset and nothing that seems to have helped me
resolve the problem. I am running Windows XP SP2. I would be most
appreciative if someone could help me correct this problem.
