WIN32/PARITE & WORM KWBOT.

Hello,
I have been infected with the 2 viruses WIN32/parite &
WORM Kwbot. Did a scan with AVG and around 400 files were
infected, so i had to delte them. But one of the files is
C:\WINDOWS\UNINST.EXE and AVG said that this file is
critical for my operating system? What do i do? Also has
anyone got anymore info on these viruses that i have been
infected with? Dont know if i still have to look in my
registery to delete a few things, still getting error
messages on stat up stuff.
