Reading Error - Partition Table (MBR) | Boot sector of disk

I get a reading error on these 2 items when I scan with AVG

I'm pretty sure it's becaue I have this:
Win32/Gaelicum.A alias: Win32.Tenga, W32.Licum, W32/Gael

AVG has detected infected files and everytime I delte them. I've done full
system scans until it stops finding stuff. I've even done scans in safe mode
and used their VCleaner tool without success.

I also tried downloading the file from the MS security bulliten here
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-026.mspx

but it says I can't install it because I already have a service pack
installed and can only be installed before service packs. :/

Thanks.

Where does "partition table and MBR, and boot sector" fit in to yuor
question???

You talk about removing a Virus!!

What does Tech bulletin have to do with anything?

What is problem?

Boy! Are YOU having a bad day. You seem to be talking about 2-3 different
things and make no sense what-so-ever.

Ask ONE question, and be precise in your description of the problem and what
you have done so far, in trying to remedy the problem.

If you have multiple problems, start a new thread for the next one. This way
you won't get confused.

Are you saying that AVG can't get rid of the viruses??

When the viruses are present, you get the Reading error for Partition
(MBR)|Boot sector??

Try different "av" program!!

Try using fdisk /mbr or fixmbr or fixboot to repair boot sector once virus
is removed.

or

reformat hard drive and reinstall Windows.
