Win2k upgrade

I have Upgraded My notebook to Win2K Pro, Now it will not
run in safe mode. I have tried the Bios Tips, but all I
get is a stop Message. I have tried booting from the disc
but it will not work??

How can I resolve this problem???

I guess my first question is why are you trying to
startup in safe mode in the first place?
