installing (dual boot) [upgrade Win2K Server] on Win2K Pro

Greetings,
Can anyone tell me how I can install the [upgrade version of Win2K Server]
in a system running Win2K Pro?
I also have a full version of WinNT 4.0 Server.
Any help will be appreciated.

I have an "older Dell" that came without an OS.
I was running WinNT Server which later on I upgraded to Win2K Server.
I now have "newer" Dell with Win2K Pro on it.
I want to move to the "newer" Dell, but I need a Server version of the OS.

Installing WinNT Server whacks Win2K Pro machine at the boot process which
requires me to reinstall Win2K (I believe WinNT cannot recognize the new
hardware).

The [upgrade version of Win2K Server] seems to require WinNT Server to be
installed in order to upgrade to Win2K Server.

I want to create separate partitions for dual boot purposes so the machine
can boot to Win2K Server {OR} Win2K Pro as desired (which is what I have on
the "old" Dell).

I've learned some things:
#1 The computer has an SATA drive which I seem to have to disable (I may be
wrong).
#2 I {had} to install a "small" 2GB drive as IDE1
#3 The BIOS has an OS install mode which limits the Ram to 256MB

to be continued....
