Win2K Upgrade

After upgrading from win98 all the logon accounts have
been lost. It created an administrator account but never
requested a password during installation. I can not logon
with any of the user accounts from Win98 and the
administrator account does not use the default blank
password. What can I do to logon?
 
Looks like your upgrade went badly and it has happened to quite a lot of people. Personally, I would backup and install clean.
Sometimes the only way to back up is to take the drive and slave it in another machine and get at the data. To logon, try using the
account information from the account in 98 you ran setup from. Doubt it will work but worth a shot.
