Win2K SP4 Continuous Reboot

I have seen several posts identifying problems with Win2K
SP4 and continuous reboots. Out of three identical
servers on which we applied the patch, one is continuously
rebooting. The only difference is that it is running
Veritas software. Has anyone else had this problem and
what have you done to resolve it? Please advise soonest!
Thanks

Turn off 'Automatically restart' in the 'Startup & Recovery' section so
windows generates a memory bump screen.
If you are having a problem with Mup.sys, try the suggestion below.

Workaround until MS resolve the problem
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Mup\DisableDFS set to 1. As a
temporary
workaround, set DisableDFS to 0

With DisbaleDFS set to 0 everything works 100%

It gets to the Windows splash screen and completes
the "Windows is starting" process and then reboots and
starts the same process over again. We have reloaded the
OS and are in the process of restoring
shares/groups/printers. Thanks for the help and I'm still
interested in any additional ideas you may have.
