Win2K SP3 Upgrade Problem

Hi Folks,

Anyone knows the source of the following error message
while upgrading a Win2K server to SP3?

"The file c:\arcsetup.exe is open or in use by another
application. Close all other applications and click Retry."

I have done the following:

1. Uninstall McAfee and then install SP3
2. Install SP3 in "safe mode"

None of the above have worked! Any ideas?

Is anybody from Microsoft willing to answer this legitimate question????
