Some Services stop automatically after upgrading to SP3

Denis

We just deployed SP3 to some of our Desktop PCs.

We are encountering a problem in most of these PCs. The problem is that,
its "Computer Browser", "Server", etc. services stops automatically. We have
to manually restart it. Even after manually restarting, these services stops
after few minutes.

So, we tried uninstalling SP3 in some of these PCs, and then found the PCs
ok. So, this problem is definately occuring due to SP3.
The softwares installed on these PCs are McAfee Antivirus 8.5, Adobe Reader
8, MS Office XP and Winzip.

What might be the problem?

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,
Denis
