Win2K & Service Pacl 4

Anyone know of a document with known issues for Win2K and Service Pack 4?

I have a Windows 2000 box with Service Pack 1 installed. Everytime I
install Service Pack 4, the PC locks up and blue screens on boot. No error
message or anything.

I'm thinking hardware but was hoping to read something on it before I tear
into it.

It would help to have the info from the BSOD.
