Win2k Server Shutdown option missing

Pressing "Ctrl-alt-del" on a Win2k Server gives me only "Log-off" options,
where are the rest of the options? How to list them out?

They have probably been disabled in your policy. Run
gpedit.msc, then look at the many options until you
find the one that enables a local shutdown.
