Win2k Server Inaccessible

I had to put an old NT4 BDC out to pature over the
weekend. This server was running both WINS server and
DHCP server so I moved both of these services onto a Win2k
member server on the NT4 domain. Not ready for AD yet so
haven't implemented internal DNS server on one of the
Win2k member servers.

Problem is this. Since I've added WINS and DHCP server
optins to the Win2k member server, the server is
inaccessible from the network, and other network resources
are inaccessible to it. Browsing the network neighborhood
only shows itself. I can ping the server using netbios
name but can't access any shared folders, printers etc. on
that server from any other machine on the domain. And
from the server I can't see of get to any shared resources
or other machines on the network.

Interestingly enough, if I run nbtstat -n from the command
line on the server in question I see a name conflict for
that server and can't determine why. I've even tried
clearing the server's entries out of the WINS database but
doesn't solve the problem. User's home drives are stored
on this server an it is also used for RAS so no one can
get to their home drives or to network resources through
RAS even though the sedrver lets remote users authenticate.

Anyone have ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

How is the nic on the member server setup? Has it got a static IP and does
this match with the DHCP and WINS-setup?
