Win2k server, inaccessible boot device, can't repair

I'm working with an IBM x330 with Win2k Server that blue screens immediately
on boot with inaccessible boot device. None of the safe modes work either.

The server had a ton of viruses when I started working on it. I put Sophos
anti-virus on, upgraded to SP4. I had gotten a kernel corruption error
originally, so I did an automatic repair from the Win2k CD (SP4
slipstreamed) and got it running again, but some viruses were persistent and
wouldn't go away. I tried to remove some of the IBM "Director" software
because it was infected. Now I get the inaccessible boot device on boot. I'
ve tried to repair the installation again, but no luck. (The server uses a
IBM raid controller, which I have a driver on floppy for)

I have a copy of ERD WinCommander so I can get to the data and startup
devices/services, but I need some assistance on a path to take. Is there a
repair option that will make sure the necessary system drivers are in place?

How can I get the server running again?

Thanks all!

I should point out that this box is the lone DC also, otherwise I would have
just copied off the data and formatted it. Maybe I could export the AD info
somehow, format and recreate the AD schema and accounts?

It can't see your boot drive. The RAID drivers are probably hosed. Such an infected machine and subsequent cleaning should
probably have the OS reinstalled.
