Win2K Random reboot

My Dell 4100 running Win2K SP4 randomly restarts when
running IE6 or an HTML help page and either picking a link
or picking the Back button. Anyone have any ideas?
 
I found out what the problem was from one of the other
postings in the group, turned out to be a bad mouse driver.
