Win2K DC time not match with itself

Hello:

I have problem for my DC. I have 2 DC in the same AD. one of the DC is
own all the FSMO and it got the problem when I login on. It say that
"There is a time different between the client and server." It can be
resume by restart the computer. Does any hints I can fix this issue?

Paul Bergson [MVP-DS]

Check your Event Logs (Particularly the System Log) are there any messages
in there relating to time? Where is the PDCe getting its master time from?

Follow the steps in the link below on your PDCe and see if this doesn't
resolve the issue. I'm guessing you haven't established this yet.

After restart the server, it have the following event warning.

This machine is the DC and own all the FSMO. I didn't know why it say
the time is different with DC because it was DC.
