Remove orphaned Win2K DC from AD

I am trying to remove a Win2K DC which is already failed and not
available. All other DC's are trying to replicate with it and there
are too many errors in the event logs. I did search but more articles
I've found are about:

- Remove orphaned Win2K DOMAIN from forest
- Remove orphaned Win2K DC while it is still accessible
- Demote the DC when DCPROMO does not work

Could someone please give me a hint about my scenario? Again, this
server is no longer available and I just need its name to be gone from
the AD and make no other DC try to communicate with it.

NtdsUtil metadata cleanup is what you want.
