Win2003 Fax Console

Hi,

How can I make the Sent Items visible for all users (like the Administrator
can). By default the user only sees his own sent items, but I want all users
to see all sent items.

Best is to make the entire console content visible for users so they can see
both the content of the Outbox queue and Sent Items history.

Please advice.

You can pretty much do it. Go to Fax Service Admin Console > Local Fax >
Properties > Security. Give the following permissions to Everyone
"View Fax Jobs"
"View outgoing archive"

Let us know if it doesn't work still.
