Win2003 as Child Domain

Im trying put my win2003 at child domain. Do I need to do the "Adprep
/Forestprep and /domainprep"?

Yes since the Schema are forest wide and have to be updated in the forest!

So, I will needed goto all my 2000 child domain and main DC and run the
adprep? Or just go into my main DC?

adprep /forest can be run once. adprep /domain have to be run once in each
domain I suppose.
