Win2000, sp4, foffice 97

since I installed SP4, Word/Excel takes about 5 minutes to start up, and even when its started, it dog-slow...
Please advise if anyone has seen this. Connected to a network.

I have. Printing is a bitch. Reformatted and everything. XP Pro boxes on the
same network have no problems whatsoever!
These Win2k boxes have become the bane of my existence since I installed SP4
on them. Seriously thinking about moving to Macs this coming spring.

Help!
