Memory Hog after installing SP4

After I installed sp4 update, running 2000, my machine is
always running out of memory, explorer takes 5 mins to
load pages?? I uninstalled it, comp now runs fine?
What's in this patch, and why does it dog my machine?

I am seeing the same issue on an NT 4.0 PDC and on Win2k
Pro workstations.

Performance has dropped of dramatically. I also noticed
that the drives are being accessed alot, almost as if it
has no paging files configured.

To clarify, I obviosuly did not put the Win2K SP on the NT
PDC but noticed the drop in performance after allowing
Auto Update to update both machines with all of the
current SP or patches.

It seems that it may be related to one of the security
patches rather than the SP specifically.
