Win2000 dll problem

I am having strange problems with my win2000 system. I tried to open MS
Outlook Express and get the error Msoe.dll could not be loaded. I also got
the error Ntoc.dll could not be load when I went to Add/Remove Windows
components. I also tried to run MS Studio and I get the error "could not
read system registry." I wonder what caused this problem and the solution...
Please I need urgent help. Thanks in advance

I did a search of my drive and found the MSOE.DLL resides in the Program
files\Outlook Express folder. It is also in the WinNT\servicepack files\i386
I would copy that file and paste to the working program files folder. If
you need to do the same for the second dll. Run the search find out where it
should be and where the copy is. Good luck should be a piece of cake.
