Win XP won't shut down.

I know this is vague but I'm stuck. I'm running XP Pro
and just installed it in the last month. Every thing was
running along just fine until about a week ago. Now XP
doesn't want to shut off completely. I haven't added any
new hardware or changed any settings. Please help if you
can.

You may want to choose a restore point from a few weeks
ago and run that.
