My PC loads to the point where i get to the 2 tone blue
screen that says Windows XP. WHere you are supposed to be
able to log in. It stops at that point wont allow me to do
anything. Before this i loaded emule and some networking
additions through control panel and then went to reboot.
The machine hung and i had to shut it down hard. On the
restart i get my problem an dhave been able to go no
further. Safe mode does the same thing and last know
configuration did squat My PC is running windows XP with
all the updates.

Re-start your computer, then start hitting F8 until you
get to a DOS menu. Use your arrow keys to scroll up to
the line "last known good cofiguration". This will get
your computer to start at the last point before any
changes were made so you can atleast troubleshoot your
computer.

Yep mine does the same, it was ok until I restored from a Ghost image.
Last know Good doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas? I surpose a reinstall XP?
