Win XP Professional activation error

I have a laptop with Win xp Pro installed , it works
fine except i cannot load update SP-1 or crital update
811630. Upon further examination it tells me this copy
has exceeded it's number of downloads.. This is the only
computer using this product. My computer was repaired
several months back requiring win xp pro to be
reinstalled and having talked to customer support they
told me to call activation center.. Well the automated
voice message asks for activation window .. I don't have
one and they're s no other choices, Any ideas how to get
this issue straight, Thanks in advance

All you should have to do is select "Activate by Phone" you should get a
Live Person on the phone who will give you a number key once you give them
the code listed in the "Activate by Phone" dialog.
