This Compaq Presario 2100 came with Win. XP MS Office and
Exp.6. MicroSoft has no contact info. for Compaq.
When I ask any application for the help file, the
computer said that it can not be opened without Exp. 5 or
greater?
What gives? I have Exp.6 I am running XP It said it is
Ver. 5.00.3810 I have run the XP updates.
Any idea what could be wrong? It's not just office
applacations that won't show help. I don' know how to see
