Win XP Pro Network Wizard Failure

New full load (not updated) on PC A using Win XP Pro,
Lucent Win Modem, and an ABit NF7 motherboard running an
AMD 2500+ CPU. Have Win XP Pro updated with all patches,
drivers, etc. Everything looks great as far as I can tell.

UNTIL I go to run Network Wizard. I have everything
connected (PC A, PC B (laptop running XP Pro), and PC A
connected to internet). Wizard runs through all of the
input items (PC name, internet connection, etc) fine,
then runs for maybe 10 secs and tells me it failed. I
have pulled the NSW logfile and it reads:

Network Setup Wizard Log
Attempting to set computer name
Old computer name is the same as new computer name - not
setting.
Setting server description (comment): Office Desktop
Attempting to set workgroup name
Workgroup name is the same as the old one - not setting.
Will attempt to share public connection.
Will attempt to firewall public connection.
Lucent Win Modem Shared Public for ICS configuration.
Internet Connection Firewall Enabled on Lucent Win Modem.
ICS Failed to Share 1394 Connection as a Private
connection.
Adapter Configuration for Home Networking failed.
Shared Printer: HP DeskJet 720C

If anyone has any ideas why this supposedly SIMPLE
procedure is giving me fits, please let me know. Thanks.

It looks like the Wizard is trying to enable Internet Connection
Sharing on a dial-up connection, using the 1394 (FireWire) connection
to connect to your local area network.

Is that what you want? If not, I suspect that you need to select a
different connection method when the Wizard asks.
