Win XP Pro Login Problems

At the Start-up screen, after typing the password in and
logging in, the OS automatically logs on as a "first time
user", [would you like to take the Windows Tour, etc...]

The only way I tried to fix it is using Windows Restore,
it works! but after restarting the computer the same
problem occurs.
 
Next time it happens, try this, open the tour, then exit at the first
opportunity, reboot, log in and see if it still does this.
