Win XP Home Problem with Windows Installer

I used PC Relocator to move my old PC data to my new PC. Most everything move correctly except that I can not load Office 2000. Windows Installer stops with "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the "disk and click OK". Use feature from: Microsoft Office 2000. I insert the disk that contains "Data1.msi but it says it is an invalid package. The disk works on another system. Also this message keeps popping up when I load some other programs which when I cancel this error they load. I checked the Knowledge base and it appears this was a problem cleared up in SP1 Service Pack which I have. Any ideas?
