can any 1 tell me if there is any reason why i cannot
send dcc files while useing mirc is the a bug with xp ????
stopping me sending

mirc is an Internet Relay Chat [irc] client.

According to what I found by searching on Google, "DCC allows you to connect
directly to another IRC client, instead of going through the IRC Network, to
Send and Get files, and to Chat privately over a more secure connection."
