Win XP All users folder

Hi,

I can't seem to get the all users folder to be of any use.

Is there some information on how to properly use this
folder?

It could be very usefull if the shortcuts actually
functioned when you put them in there.

It works for the Start Menu and the Desktop and Shared Documents. Not
for Favorites. Go figure.
