Win XP 64 Bit

I downloaded the win xp 64 bit version. I have this problem during installation. The error goes: File\winxp\viasraid.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at line 2192 in d:\srv03spb\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c. I am trying to install a via raid driver where my system is an amd 64 3200 and an epox 8HDA5+ mobo with 2 160 gb's in RAID 0 configuration. Please help. I'm betting thats a 32 bit version of the driver. You need the correct 64
bit version.

Does anybody know where I could get a 64bit ViaRaid SATA Driver? Its not available at via arena and via. Thanks.
