Win XP/2K p2p network issue

HAve peer to peer network
1 - XP Pro Laptop
1 - Win 2K SP 3 Desktop
1 - Win NT Desktop
2 - Win 98 SE Desktop
1 - Win XP Home Desktop

All but XP machines connect to network no problem.
Have checked access permissions, firewall, etc..
Netbios over TCP/IP enabled in Windows on all three
problem machines.

Workgroup name is not the problem.

XP can see 2K machine but 2K does not see XP machine
XP gives access denied message when trying to access 2K
machine. Can ping both ways to and from problem machines.

Help Please !!
