IP Config issues - Slow Internet as a result and possible hijack o

I was following steps on a website to improve Windows XP (Home Edition
service pack 2) and now have huge problems and am unable to restore to a
prior restore point. When i type ipconfig/all on my wireless connection this
is what I see:

XP gives you the option to use the new "Zero Configuration" option.

Zero Configuration 1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click
Network and Internet Connections. 2. Click Network Connections, right-click
Wireless Connection, and then click Properties. 3. View the available options:

Whatever it is, examining the services running on the port would indicate any
suspicious activity. With Pro or better, type CMD into the Run line, and at
the prompt, type:
netstat /ANO
this will list the PID's of all the ports in use.
Next type:
tasklist /SVC
the Process ID of the svchost lists microsoft and other services.
If something is going on, it would probably glare at you.
