Windows Update (XP):
I have downloaded KB834707 and KB870669 and DirectX 9.0c. But they still
appear in the Win Update as before I installed them, but now they are 0 byte.
In the installation log they seem to be SUCCESSFULLY installed - several
times. But they are still "available for downloading" - 0 byte each of them.
After I installed DirectX 9.0c I ran DXDIAG. In DXDIAG I click "DirectX
Files", and in the bottom window it says:
"The file qasf.dll is an old version, which could cause problems."
"You should reinstall DirectX to get the latest version."
Well, I've installed 9.0c several times and DXDIAG still say the same.
What's going on?
