Win Player 9 not work at amazon.com

This is what I get from the MS support site:

You have encountered the following error while using
Windows Media Player:

Error# C00D11BB

Sorry, no more help is available for this problem at this
time.
????????????????

I can't play amazon music samples anymore with windows
media player... It works fine at mp3.com for example,
just the amazon website doesn't work. The amazon folks
told me to talk to MS! Do anyone have a clue?

That's "unsupported protocol". What particular link is failing? Some links
there use WMP, some use RealPlayer.
