Syncing with Sansa 2GB Clip

I use a Napster subscription to download my music. I have recently been
having trouble playing the music on my MP3 player. So I first tried Sansa's
tech support. They told me to reformat my mp3 player and try transfering
again. I did as I was told and I still had the same errors. So I called
Napster. Their tech support tried downloading and reinstalling the "digital
rights managment" driver. They also tried updating Windows Media Player 11
(which unsuccessfully upgraded because I was still using Media Center 2004).
Next they had me reinstall Media Player 10. I still had the same errors. I
was told to contact Microsoft... So hear I am.

Any help?
Thanks!

Yes, all songs refuse to play as well as transfer to the mp3 player
Most of the songs are wma, some are mp3.
The error on the mp3 player says to sync to update licenses. The error when
syncing just says unknown transfer error.
