Win Explorer Confirming Move and Copy Files

Is there any to to get Windows Explorer to ask for
confirmation for a mouse driven file move or copy, as it
does for deletes and overwriting files. Thanks
 
Right click on the selected file(s), drag to where you want and
release mouse button. You will then get options.
