Not from here, no. The problem is probably incompatibility between the
two floppy drives, assuming the WinXP machine has a new floppy drive.
Try a third floppy drive, or read it on the old machine and transfer it
to the new one by LAN, CD, or something a bit less error prone than
floppy disk. Worst case, assuming you are online but have no LAN, email
it from your old machine (or one that can read it) to your new one as an
attachment.
