Win 2k problem..

I have a win 2k server. Running with 4 scsi HDD. HDD0,HDD1
( operating system residing here.) HDD2 and HDD3 and all
are hot swapable.

y'day suddenly HDD3 vanished from windows explorer.

But I rebooted and checked, it's detecting and listing.

Checked system log too it shows..

1.the driver detected a controller error
on\device\harddisk3\dr3

2. the device \device\harddisk3\dr3 has a bad block.

can some body tell me what's the problem ???

Still the HDD is not listing in explorer. How to trouble
shoot this ???

It might be a backplane problem. Try swapping HDD2 and HDD3. Does HDD3 show
up, and HDD2 disappear?
