win 2k cant load dvd rom driver after sp3 & mblast patch

I ran the SP3 and mblast patch but now the Win 2k (prof)
does not fully load the dvd rom driver. Device manager
shows a yellow warning icon nect to it, but it does
reserver the drive letter for the drive.... Its a Toshiba
dvd-rom SD-M1402. The toshiba site says that windows
should see it, but it does not.

Double-click the listing in device manager. What's the code listed?
