Win 2000 Accesiblity of Hardrives problems

Dear All,

I had to reinstall Windows 2000 recently and now I am
unable to access on of my HDD partions, it is a NTFS
partion.

For some reason I have alost all access.

Can someone please help me, I'd be very grateful,
