Will you explaine the difference?

What is the difference between Remote Desktop Connection(RDC)
and Terminal Server client when speeking on Windows XP
client and Windows 2003 Server?
Why this question? Because local policy does not allow to
connect the local user (Member of terminal server user group)
when using RDC.

The only difference is a name change. Versions from Windows XP on were
named Remote Desktop Client.
