Will unplugging of mouse be in log?

Is it possible to determine at what time the mouse,
plugged into the PS2 port (using a USB to PS2 adapter),
was unplugged? My mouse was stolen and I am trying to
pinpoint the exact time it was unplugged from my PC.

Have a look in Event Viewer!!

I forgot to meantion that already tried event looking in
the event view but I did not see anything obvious. Are
there any other device logs that might have something?

What about USB logging? This mouse was not plugged into
USB but it would be nice to know where to look for future
reference. Anyone know where USB events are logged.
Since XP usually flashes a message from the system tray,
it seems like they should show up somewhere?
