Will not send mail

Using outlook 2000. Can received mail ok. Cannot send mail with outlook.
Can send with other
programs but not outlook. Reinstalled. Verified setup with my service
provider.
Have cable service.
Outlook is my 'main' mail software.
HELP.

Check to make sure you haven't exceeded your inbox quantity/ size quota.
If you are over, clean up your Deleted, Sent and any other folders that you
have within your Inbox or that might be on the server.
 
I had already done that. I have about 5 emails in my inbox. No problem
with this
Have all 'saved' emails in another folder. There is nothing on the server.
Still have the problem. Any other ideas?
