Will not export to rtf format now, it used to

I used to right click export on a report and save it as an rtf document.
Access 2003 decided to stop allowing this givining me an error "The Visual
Basic code you entered contains a syntax error or the Output procedures are
not available". I recently installed Visual Studio Express 2008. Could this
have done it? If so, what controls should I look for to reset this?

Or, am I better off using snapshot (.snp) when I can?

snapshot will work if the recipient has Access; but Word is much more
universal....

rather than right click have you tried 'File' 'SaveAs'..... moving an
Access Report to Word is so very fundamental to the overall integration of
the Office Suite that it would be unusual for it not to work.....
