Lost conditional format on report when exported as .rtf

I am running a macro that creates a report then exports the report as .rtf.
When you open the report all of the conditional formating has been laos and
all of the fields are black. I can't use .SNP because not everyone that I
send the report to has Access. Any suggestions?

As a rule, when you export to rtf all your formatting will be gone. Try
exporting it to excel or pdf. Once in excel or pdf you might be able to
export it to Word if you want a text file.

You do not need Access to view an SNP file. You only need Access to CREATE
one. There is a free viewer for looking at them on Microsoft's site.
Another option is to create a PDF file. That also requires a viewer, but it
is one that more people will already have.

I had not considered using PDF's, I think that will work. Thank you for you
help.
