Will not do anything!!!

I have a huge problem with my microsoft office outlook 2003. It will not
start up, pop up, anything at all! I click mail at the top of my internet
explorer, and nothing happens. I went to tools then internet options, and
checked it, and it says that Microsoft Office Outlook is the default email,
but it still will not do anything. So I tried by going through start, still
does nothing at all when I click on it. Any suggestions, because I'm close to
breaking this computer!

It won't do anything until you set up your POP email accts with the server
settings from your ISP. Note: Outlook doesn't work with free Hotmail or other
web mail accts.

I'm sorry, but I forgot to mention, I've had that e-mail account for a while
now. Then a few days ago, it just stopped. I've been using it so I had the
account and whatnot set up already, so I still don't know why it just stopped
letting me use it.

Once again, I click it, and nothing at all happens, no error messages,
nothing.

Is it possible that it could be a virus? I ran both Spybot and Adware, but
it still isnt working.
