I want to perform a clean boot to see if I can diagnose
why my computer is suddenly having so many problems (slow
operating, error messages frequent lock-ups, etc.). Will
performing a clean boot erase other files that I want to
keep (i.e. photos, text files). Also, what exactly does

read the ref above - and always - make a backup - esp
of your personal files - if you run into any prob's
a clean boot do? Does it take the computer back to the

temporarily - removes apps etc before booting
way it operated in the beginning? Or is this too much to

no - ans'd
ask? My computer is only 9 months old and our old one
didn't have these problems until it had been in operation
for 4 years. Help!?!

every new ver of windows has had
'initial upgrade/adaptation prob's
and this is no diff - and is probably the most stable

hth
God Bless
