Wierd error pop ups; little help?

Wether I am running an application or not, I always get
this message popping up:

Application has generated an exception that cannot be
handled
Process id= Thread id=
(then it gives the option to terminate or debug)

Can anyone help?

I'm sure someone can help you if you supply the entire error message.
Also try to be more specific about what is happening on your computer
when this error appears. Are you on the Internet? Is it a certain time
of day? That kind of thing can help.
